Commercial Photo Shoot - Portfolio 3 "Vintage Hollywood is Back!"

Glamour, femininity and the strong woman look will continue to be the top beauty trends for 2009. With a lot of designers looking to the 30’s and 40’s to inspire their looks, it is only natural that the wedding industry follow suit.

The Hollywood Brides Signature style team’s Vintage Wedding Collection is about being comfortable yet glamorous and sheik at the same time. An escape from modern reality, we have created some daring and exciting looks with vintage inspired palettes and classic finger wave hair. The accessories in our looks are men’s wear influenced hats which are making a huge comeback and were showcased in Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2009 Runway collection.

The colours in purple and berry have a feminine and romantic appeal, with this regal hue making a splash everywhere from runways and Hollywood premiers to city streets. You will notice that we also created neutral faces with the emphasis on natural tones, as this more understated look also continues to be in style.
